Today our region is among the leaders in the number of registered territorial communities. “This law has been brewing for a long time and I would like it to prove its worth in full. With the participation of deputies of the regional council, community leaders, NGO, we discussed that Law and decided to conduct explanatory work in region on its implementation. We held 40 meetings, which resulted that 15 village councils of the 12 combining entities united in one local community. 72 villages, about 16, 5 thousand of population united. I think, if all that were declared by the state will be implemented, I hope we actually will have the opportunity for development. Because until now all the local authorities were powerless as a fact, no one even talked about rural development. Today we hope that all taxes will go to our local budget and we will be able to provide better service to citizens, “- said Tutka.
