In Poltava took place a working conference on providing land for ATO members

ATOThese days, took place a conference on the issue of land providing for ATO members in the cities of Poltava regional subordinance under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Oleg Pruhlo with representatives of NGOs “Ukrop!”, “ATO Brotherhood. Poltava “,” Union of ATO veterans”, Poltava regional branch of “The Society of ATO Veterans”, Public Council of the State Administration and Poltava Regional Council, The Poltava city Executive Committee, Poltava District Council, Poltava District State Administration, Tahtaulovo village Council, branches of NAAS of Ukraine in Poltava region, Main Department of State geo cadastre in Poltava region.

At the conference were given the utterance to operative data as of 01.08.2015 on the number of applications, the decisions (orders) for the development of land documents in the region:

The total number of applications submitted from ATO participants – 3540 (including the cities of regional subordinance – 1654, in districts – 1886);

granted permits for land use documentation – 1092 (including the Department of State geo cadastre – 697, local authorities – 395).

Agricultural land in Poltava region, which can be allocated to participants ATO, is available. As at 01.07.2015 is accounted more than 24,4 thousand Ha. Arable state-owned land of reserve lands for agricultural purposes that are not provided to the ownership and use in particular in the area of 21,1 thousand Ha and the backup fund in the area of 3,3 thousand Ha, as well as 8,6 thousand Ha of municipal property lands within settlements.

The main problem of allocation of land plots for individual housing construction within settlements is the lack of free land. General Plan of Settlement is the main planning documentation at the local level, intended to justify long-term strategy planning and development of the settlement. Perspective land for building the manors in Poltava defined by the current general plan of the city, mostly located outside the city. As a result of discussion of such areas, participants proposed to Poltava District State Administration with the Poltava city Executive Committee to continue the search of vacant land that can be given to ATO participants. Also they collectively decided to continue to work on development of the territory of Tahtaulovo Village Council outside the settlements as the most potential for these purposes.

Participants proposed to Regional State Administration, District Administrations and Municipal Executive Committees to examine the possibility of establishing of coordination groups on providing benefits to ATO participants in obtaining land. As a result of discussion, in order to simplify the search of free land, they made a decision to develop the appropriate regional list.
